Production Line Associate

OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Production Line Associate at our state-of-the-art facility located in Kansas City, MO, 64125. Every other weekend OFF (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of production processes.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.Express Employment Professionals is one of the top staffing companies in the U.S. and Canada.
