Job Summary And Responsibilities CHI St. Vincent Primary and Convenient Care – Sherwood are actively seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well‑established primary care practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. The clinic is a cornerstone of care in the community and currently has a diverse team of 10 providers, including pediatricians, advanced practice providers, and family physicians. We are expanding our capacity, with a new floor opening in January 2026. The Opportunity As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Sherwood clinic, you will: Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care and foster strong relationships within the community. Manage a steady flow of patients each day, allowing focused and personalized attention. Benefit from the integration of Epic, our electronic health record system, streamlining your workflow. Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to enhance professional growth and patient outcomes. Job Requirements Master’s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one. Prior primary‑care clinical experience preferred. Ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills. Proficiency with electronic health record systems; Epic experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to quality care and patient safety. Where You’ll Work CHI St. Vincent is a regional health network serving Arkansas.
