Director of Nursing, Surgical Services

Location: Benton, Arkansas
Position: Director of Nursing – Surgical Services
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirement

Active RN License
3+ years of Director-level experience
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Strong leadership experience in Surgical Services

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee surgical services operations
Monitor performance metrics (case volume, turnaround time, etc.)
Manage staffing, hiring, and team development
Oversee departmental budgets and compliance
Ensure quality patient care and regulatory standards
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
