Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Days, Nights, & Weekend Shift) Location: Springfield, MO Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Options: Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (+$1.00/hour shift differential) Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC). CMC is seeking dependable and motivated CNC Machine Operators to support our growing manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role involves operating a variety of CNC and fabrication equipment used in the production of commercial and industrial modular components. Operators may work with CNC machines, press brakes, punch presses, routers, roll formers, laser cutters, shears, and other fabrication equipment throughout the shop.
