Step into a rewarding school-based role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering impactful services to students at an elementary school in a vibrant Washington community. This onsite, contract position runs from September 2, 2026, through February 15, 2027, covering an established caseload of approximately 40 students. You will play an essential role in the academic and social success of your students, collaborating closely with educational teams in a supportive environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP licensure or willingness to secure prior to start
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or ability to obtain
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable supporting students within behavior programs
• Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload, focusing on individualized goals
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and support student progress
• Participate in team meetings and support the school’s behavior program as needed
• Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
