Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans. Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments, using photography techniques to highlight the spaces. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. While not on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed. Abide by CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar professionally at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day; lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions. Work outside in all seasons; weekend work on a rotating schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in real‑estate photography. Professional photographer experience or a recent degree in photography. High School Diploma/GED. Strong customer service and a client‑first mindset. FAA Part 107 Drone Photography license or certification obtained within 30 days of offer. Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, data capture, and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products. Independent, fast‑paced work ability; field experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation Hourly wage equivalent to $49,000‑$50,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
