Compensation : $23.00/hr
Shift Differential: $0.60/hr

Job Overview
Join Cargill as a Machine Operator and help keep our production running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic maintenance, and support material flow while following food safety and regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning new processes, and being part of a team that delivers quality products every day.

What You will Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment with limited process variables to meet quality and throughput goals
• Set up control systems, make basic process adjustments, replenish materials such as labels, caps, and supplies, and perform line changeovers as needed
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues using hand and power tools
• Operate powered mobile equipment such as forklifts or loaders to support material flow.
• Follow all food safety and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.

What Will Put You Ahead

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as a forklift
