Machine Operator & Polishing
Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and mechanically experienced Machine Operator with hands-on experience in welding and polishing . The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating machinery, using hand and power tools, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting, and following safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform welding, grinding, and polishing as needed.
- Inspect machinery and finished products for quality.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment problems or safety concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator experience preferred.
- Mechanical experience required.
- Welding experience required.
- Polishing/grinding experience required or strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
