Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and dedicated to helping children thrive in a school environment. Previous paraprofessional experience is valued, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ unique learning needs is essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working in an educational setting preferred
• Ability to provide care, structure, and support in a school environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow individualized plans and work closely with teachers and staff
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to students in a 1:1 setting, fostering engagement and progress
• Assist classroom teachers in adapting activities to meet student needs
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance as needed
• Support students with academic goals, social skills, and routine activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for tailored educational strategies
