Two full-time, 1:1 contract positions are available; your work will make a meaningful difference for individual students, starting on September 8th for the new school year.

As a paraprofessional, you’ll deliver compassionate assistance and encouragement, helping foster academic and social achievement. Your ability to build rapport, maintain patience, and implement accommodation strategies will be essential to supporting students’ unique learning goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience providing support to students in a school setting
• Understanding of diverse learning needs and behavioral strategies
• Ability to form positive working relationships with students, staff, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Previous paraprofessional experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 assistance to assigned students throughout the school day
• Support students with classroom activities, assignments, and social integration
• Follow teacher and specialist guidance to implement accommodations and modifications
• Encourage student independence and confidence
• Assist with behavioral support plans as needed
• Document student progress and communicate observations to the team
