Call Center Representative I

As an Accounting Call Center Representative at OOIDA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support related to accounting and financial matters. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting members with accounting inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
