Guidewire Business analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful PolicyCenter implementation and enhancement initiatives. Required Qualifications: 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting IT projects. 2-3 years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter , including implementation, upgrade, or configuration projects. Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and business process documentation. Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, Product Designer, and the PolicyCenter data model. Knowledge of PolicyCenter integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Groups
