Sales Closer

Job Title

This is a remote position. Role Overview This is not a prospecting role. You will work with qualified inbound leads only. Your responsibility is to take full ownership of the sales process from call to close. This includes:

• running enrollment calls
• following up consistently
• handling objections effectively
• helping the right prospects make confident decisions

This role is for someone who understands urgency, emotional buying drivers, sales psychology, and how to close with confidence without sounding pushy. If you need constant reminders, supervision, or motivation to follow up and perform consistently, this role will not be a fit. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Running high-ticket enrollment calls with qualified leads via phone and Zoom
• Leading prospects through the decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Following up consistently through calls, SMS, email, and other communication channels as needed
• Handling objections confidently, especially financial objections and fear-of-change concerns
• Owning your pipeline and ensuring no qualified lead slips through the cracks
• Maintaining accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates after every interaction
• Hitting agreed sales and activity KPIs consistently
• Representing the brand professionally on every interaction
• Working closely with the team to improve close rates, show rates, and overall sales performance

Requirements Who This Role Is For Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of high-ticket closing experience
• Proven experience closing remotely through phone and Zoom
• Experience selling education, coaching, consulting, or service-based offers
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High ownership and self-discipline
• Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up habits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to work EST/CST/PST-aligned hours as needed
