• Collaborate with our team to develop tailored financial solutions that align with client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up and service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team success. Qualifications • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom.
• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program).
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales system.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude regardless of external circumstances.
• Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and hit weekly activity targets.
