Position Overview
We're seeking a confident, persuasive, and self-motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to convert pre-qualified leads into high-value sales. This is a 100% commission , fully remote position designed for professionals who thrive on results and have a proven track record of closing big-ticket deals. If you're coachable, competitive, and committed to helping people, you'll succeed here.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual or phone appointments with pre-qualified leads
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Present high-value policies with clarity, confidence, and care
- Close deals with professionalism and urgency
- Manage follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Track your performance using CRM tools

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in closing high-ticket sales (insurance, real estate, coaching, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in conducting Zoom/phone consultations
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools
