Help customers lower their energy costs by uncovering desires and overcoming objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Document and report sales accurately and track activity to Retail Operations. Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Average weekly earnings $800–$1,000 plus first sale bonus. Base salary + uncapped commission. Next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay.
