Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on screen-printing experience. Job Duties Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment. Assist with projects involving the proper selection and application of inks. Understand and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the cleanroom and screen-printing work areas. Produce products that consistently meet established quality control standards. Perform prototype testing and other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned. Make independent decisions regarding manufacturing processes and equipment while performing job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Understand and comply with ISO requirements for manufacturing. Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain good housekeeping and proper waste-management practices. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Screen Print Production Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
