Production Packers
We are hiring reliable and hardworking Production Packers with experience in food or bakery environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and can maintain quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Pack and label food and bakery products accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper packaging.
- Prepare products for shipment or distribution.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform repetitive standing, packing, and production tasks.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
Requirements
- Previous food production, bakery, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Must be dependable and team-oriented.
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift.
- Swing Shift.
Previous experience working in a bakery, food production facility, or packaging environment is highly preferred.
