Job Details

• Position: Forklift Operator
• Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - Finish
• Pay Rate: $19.40 per hour
• Location: Erlanger, KY

Key Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will support warehouse and production operations by:

• Safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and products
• Operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts to complete daily tasks
• Transporting inventory throughout warehouse and production areas
• Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
• Staging materials for production and shipping needs
• Ensuring production lines remain supplied with required materials
• Performing basic equipment inspections and reporting issues
• Maintaining accurate material flow and organization
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Following all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Previous forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Comfortable working in hot/cold and noisy industrial environments
• Ability to work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Active warehouse and production environments with heavy equipment traffic
