Collections Specialist - Toledo OH

We are currently seeking a team member to join our collection team and assist with daily collection duties related to Accounts Receivable. Primary responsibility for processing customer credit memos. Managing the collection of customer accounts. Identifying overdue accounts using A/R reports (aging reports/disputed reports). Resolving issues by collaborating with the sales team. Recording information about the financial status of customers and the progress of collection efforts. Backup to the A/R remittance processing. About You Proven knowledge of numeric data entry; 10 key calculator proficiency. Familiarity of computer office software – Microsoft Office. Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Skilled in identifying and resolving problems. At least 2 years of past collection experience.
