• Manage care for 12 patients daily , along with an additional 4-6 consultations from the emergency room.
• Oversee ventilation management, including both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Perform bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage.
• Insert central and arterial lines.
• Evaluate and manage intracranial pressure (ICP).
• Place dialysis catheters.
• Handle acute volume and blood pressure management.
