Human Resources Generalist

This is a hands‑on role responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on benefits administration, recruiting support, employee relations, and HR compliance. What You'll Do As the primary on‑site HR resource for TSS Solutions, a growing company around 60‑70 employees, you’ll work closely with employees and leadership and support a broad range of day‑to‑day HR responsibilities, including: Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee questions. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee changes, record maintenance, and offboard. Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and support for hiring managers. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Assist managers and employees with routine HR questions, employee relations matters, and company policies. Coordinate leave administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related documentation. Support performance management, employee development, communications, and engagement initiatives. Help maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices. Partner with leadership on special projects and help foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role. Experience administering employee benefits, including new‑hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and other day‑to‑day HR functions. General familiarity with federal and state employment laws and standard HR practices. Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with PlanSource, Paycom, and NetSuite, or comparable benefits administration, payroll, and ERP platforms. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or another similarly regulated industry. Why Join TSS Solutions?
