Senior Experiential Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, culturally connected, and highly persuasive Senior Experiential Strategist to act as the strategic engine behind our most critical brand new business pitches and RFP responses. In this role, you will be the architect of the overarching narrative, transforming dry client briefs into compelling, actionable, and culturally relevant experiential strategies.

This position is deeply rooted in new business development and requires a dynamic thinker who can seamlessly transition from deep audience research to commanding a pitch room. You will not only develop single-event activations but will also construct holistic, multi-event portfolio strategies that guide a brand's experiential presence across various consumer touchpoints throughout the year. Core Responsibilities:

New Business & RFP Domination

• Brief Interrogation: Dissect complex RFP briefs from prospective clients, identifying the unspoken challenges and uncovering whitespace opportunities that set our agency apart.
• Pitch Strategy: Lead the strategic development for high-stakes pitches, defining the core insight, the strategic territory, and the "why" behind the creative concepts.
• Competitive & Cultural Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activations to ensure our proposals are cutting-edge and highly relevant.

Multi-Event & Portfolio Strategy

• Ecosystem Planning: Develop comprehensive experiential architectures for clients, outlining how a multitude of events—ranging from intimate VIP hospitality to massive consumer festivals—work together to achieve overarching brand goals.
• Audience Journey Mapping: Define distinct audience personas and map engaging consumer journeys across pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases to maximize impact and ROI.
• Measurement & KPI Setting: Establish clear metrics for success and post-event reporting frameworks to prove the strategic value of our activations to clients.

Storytelling & Presentation

• Commanding the Room: Act as the lead strategic voice in client presentations. You must be a captivating, confident presenter who can sell a vision, defend strategic choices, and read the room to pivot when necessary.
• Deck Crafting: Architect the flow and narrative structure of pitch decks. You know how to take complex data and synthesize it into clear, impactful, and visually digestible stories.
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Creative Partnership: Act as the ultimate partner to the Creative Director, providing them with rich, inspiring springboards (creative briefs) that ignite the ideation process.
• Feasibility & Alignment: Work closely with Production and Account teams to ensure the strategic vision is achievable within budget and timeline constraints without losing its core impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6–8+ years of strategy experience within an experiential marketing agency, creative agency, or brand experience environment.
• RFP Track Record: A proven, demonstrable history of leading strategy on winning RFPs and securing new business accounts.
• Master Presenter: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You are highly comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and senior brand stakeholders with authority and magnetism.
• Strategic Breadth: Demonstrated ability to build strategy not just for one-off stunts, but for complex, multi-tiered event portfolios and long-term brand platforms.
• Analytical & Creative: The ability to seamlessly blend data-driven insights (analytics, demographics, ROI metrics) with human-centric, cultural intuition. xhyhwjd
• Deck Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides, or PowerPoint, with a sharp eye for how strategy should be visually represented.
