We're growing our agency team and we need a Client Success Strategist who takes ownership of client relationships the way a true trusted advisor would. Someone who knows Meta Ads inside and out, communicates with clarity and confidence, and genuinely cares whether their clients win.

The Role At A Glance

• Location: Remote (US-based)
• Type: Full-Time
• Base Salary: $45,000/year + $78 per client managed monthly
• On Target Earnings: $68,400 to $78,000 (based on 25 to 35 clients)
• Reports To: Agency Leadership

As our agency grows and your client portfolio expands, so does your income. We pay people for the value they create.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You are the primary point of contact for 25 to 35 roofing company clients on our Meta Ads program. You own their experience, their results, and their confidence in CD.
• Host bi-weekly client calls to review campaign performance, set expectations, and build the kind of trust that makes clients stay for years, not months
• Serve as the primary client point of contact with proactive updates and professional communication
• Send thorough recap emails after every client meeting with clear action items and next steps so nothing falls through the cracks
• Review video ads produced by our creative team to ensure quality, brand voice alignment, and strategic fit
• Review ad copy to ensure clarity, brand voice alignment, and compliance with Meta Ads best practices. You're the last line of defense before anything goes in front of a client
• Manage client projects and deliverables in with the kind of attention to detail that makes your clients feel like they have a marketing department, not just a vendor
• Coordinate across our internal team of copywriters, video editors, and ad specialists to keep everything moving on time and on standard
• Monitor client satisfaction, flag issues early, and stay one step ahead of problems before they become client concerns
• Attend weekly full team meetings, weekly departmental L10s, and weekly Same Page meetings with leadership

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of extensive Meta Ads management experience with a real track record of running campaigns that produce results. Not just running ads, but optimizing them, improving them, and knowing why they're working or why they're not
• 2+ years of proven account management experience, ideally in an agency environment. You know what it feels like to manage multiple clients at once without dropping anything
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. Your recap emails are clear, your client calls are confident, and your internal updates keep the team aligned
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee 25 to 30 clients without anything slipping
• Meticulous attention to detail. You catch things others miss. You review before you send. You double check before you publish
• The ability to give direct, constructive feedback to a creative team without being harsh and without being vague. You know what good looks like and you can articulate why something doesn't meet the standard

• You have experience with WhatConverts for lead tracking and reporting
• You're familiar with or other project management platforms
• You've worked with cross-functional or distributed remote teams
