CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics to lead our analytics team and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize campaign performance and elevate client success. What You’ll Do Lead Measurement Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of measurement and analysis plans for online and offline marketing campaigns. Deliver Actionable Insights: Ensure accurate tracking, insightful reporting, and impactful optimization recommendations. Lead and Mentor Analysts: Guide a talented team while fostering analytical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Partner with Clients: Work closely with clients and planning teams to provide clear, strategic, data-driven recommendations that improve campaign performance. Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, establish best practices, and promote data integrity, consistency, and reporting efficiency. Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve data discrepancies, troubleshoot reporting challenges, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless campaign measurement. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, research, or a related field. A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. 1–5 years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Why CMI Media Group?
