Job TitleResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryResponsible for the following:Delivery of treatment services to children ranging in ages from 0-21 yearsEvaluation servicesJob-related department responsibilitiesThis position is Per Diem- hours/schedule based on the needs of the Clinic.Position Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide treatment for 10 – 12 patients per daySupervise student interns as directed by ManagerConduct initial Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluationsDevelops and reviews patient care plans in conjunction with PhysiatristParticipates in clinical quality assurance initiativesProvides patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentationComplete reporting activities as required by regulatory and departmental standards including but not limited to:Daily notation of therapyAll progress reports with updatesRehabilitation rounds/staff conferencesOther activities that may be assigned form time to time, i.e. splintingComply with established ESCR, Inc. policies and procedures re: quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control, confidentiality of patient information, customer service, attendance, punctuality, dress code, professional conduct, annual health assessments etc.Participate in all departmental in-services and staff development activitiesQualificationsEducational & License Requirements:Bachelors Degree and/or Master's/or Doctorate in PT with NYS License as a registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process with permit. Must maintain license in good standing.ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in clinical pediatric environmentHourly:$80/Hr
