May be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessaryCoordinate all aspects of each resident's nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with themEnsure that proper resident care standards and practices are followedCommunicate with residents, families and designated representatives about resident care issuesParticipate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are metShift Details:3pm-11pm Monday-Friday with one on-call weekend per monthWorking in Assisted Living and Memory Care communitiesWork Location: 2499 Forest Hill Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546Who You Are:A licensed LPN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident-centered careKnowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practicesUnderstand and successfully perform job functions.
