Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Leading the RCM project portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle Management will set priorities, drive cross-functional transformation, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational results in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain a prioritized portfolio of active, planned, paused, and completed RCM projects, ensuring clear ownership and timelines Provide executive reporting on project progress, risks, and resource needs while escalating unresolved issues with recommendations Lead major RCM process and technology changes, ensuring projects meet requirements and deliver expected results post-implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, information systems, or a related field 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare RCM, operations, consulting, or program management 5+ years of experience leading complex programs or cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and payer reimbursement Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively with executives
