Security Technician - Framingham, MA

Pay Rate: $60 / hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in the Framingham, Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in high-quality work, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise in security systems installation and service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems
• Navigate and utilize online service and support programs
• Coordinate tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budget
• Maintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on-site coordination
• Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
• Perform inspections and service tasks as required
• Complete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organization

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch
• Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems
• Strong experience with Prowatch is required
• Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Preferred Experience


Experience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:

• Honeywell Pro-Watch
• Axis Communications
• ExacqVision
