Our cloud video security and access control technologies empower organizations to cover more ground, analyze events with greater certainty, and simplify operational workflows.Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Sales Director, Cloud Sales, the Regional Sales Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for end-customer selling initiatives within the assigned California territory. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, drive cloud access control revenue, and expand market share across key commercial verticals. Working alongside the Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Channel Sales Executive (CSE) team, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Alta Access control solutions.We believe that everything starts with our people. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued as part of our commitment to candidate capability.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Territory StrategyProactively manage end-customer relationships and deploy sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targetsDevelop new business and expand existing accounts for Motorola Solutions' cloud-based Access Control portfolioPartner with vertical marketing teams to identify end-user engagement opportunities across trade shows, conferences, and industry associationsCollaborative Channel ExecutionServe as the internal subject matter expert for cloud access control solutions across the internal sales ecosystemSupport regional sales activities by creating, nurturing, and responding to opportunities for Alta Access control solutionsConduct joint sales calls, product demonstrations, facility walk-throughs, and project quoting alongside the VS&A CSE teamSales Operations & Account ManagementMaintain accurate CRM pipeline data to reflect account development and opportunity progressionDeliver sales forecasting and territory reporting as required by sales leadershipBuild collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to drive continuous market share growthJob RequirementsTechnical ExpertiseAccess Control Solutions to present technical capabilities and demonstrate Alta Access software to end customersTechnical Acumen to communicate solution architecture and value propositions effectivelySoftware Proficiency to quickly learn, operate, and showcase cloud-based security softwareProductivity Tools to manage workflow through functional understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Apps, including Excel/SheetsEnglish Proficiency to articulate complex technical concepts through clear verbal and written communicationProfessional ExperienceRelationship Management to establish trust and develop collaborative partnerships with enterprise customers and channel teamsPresentation Skills to deliver engaging solution demos, local roadshow presentations, and project proposalsTime Management to prioritize multiple sales initiatives in a fast-paced field environmentPreferred QualificationsPhysical security solutions sales experienceExperience working with channel strategies and go-to-market initiativesEstablished client base in the assigned territoryTarget Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
