Data Product Manager

Seeking a hands-on and highly technical Data Product Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will own the roadmap for data products and infrastructure while collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategy and manage the development process. Key Responsibilities Define business problems and prioritize data product development through discovery and specifications Manage the full delivery cycle, including sprint processes, dashboard design, user acceptance testing, and rollout Perform hands-on data work using SQL and Git to query, validate, and troubleshoot data independently Required Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of experience in product management, data/BI, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering data products Solid understanding of healthcare data ontologies and information technology systems Proficiency in SQL for independent querying and troubleshooting Experience writing clear technical specifications and collaborating with business stakeholders for requirement gathering Familiarity with modern data development tools such as Jira, Git, and cloud data platforms like Databricks or Azure
