o Stroke Center of Excellence
o Bariatric Center of Excellence
Department Information:
o Average patients/day? Discussed during interview
o Minimum Years of Experience required? 3 years
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Areas served – ED, Inpatient units, Outpatient
Required License, National Certification, Certs o ARRT-CT
o BLS o NC State Licensure is not required
Support within the Department:
o Radiology Nursing
o Transport
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
o Department specific Equipment: Siemens, GE
