Litigation Associate

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join the Litigation Group. The ideal candidate must have 6 -8 years of commercial litigation experience.The candidate must have a strong desire to continue development of trial and litigation skills and ultimately the ability and motivation to handle cases as the lead attorney. Solid Commercial litigation experience Real estate litigation experience is a plus Significant experience drafting a wide variety of motions and discovery and handling related hearings Demonstrated leadership, business development and client relationship skills are highly valued Good time management skills and a strong work ethic We are interested in candidates with excellent academic credentials and must be licensed in California. Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP is a firm that values collaboration and team support. Our associate hours commitment is 1600 (billable) annually. Salary range is $225,000 - $275,000. We also offer a generous bonus package.
