These roles are critical to supporting rapid deployment and performance improvement activities within a live 4G network environment. Ideal candidates must be ready to mobilize immediately and bring strong Huawei technical expertise to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Huawei 4G Integration Expert ✓ Perform 4G site integration, commissioning, and acceptance using Huawei platforms ✓ Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate resolution with engineering teams ✓ Validate configuration data, parameters, scripts, and feature activations ✓ Ensure successful on-air readiness and stability after integration Huawei 4G Optimization Expert ✓ Analyze and optimize 4G RAN performance KPIs/KQIs ✓ Execute parameter tuning, feature activation, and performance improvement plans ✓ Conduct root‑cause analysis for coverage, capacity, and quality issues ✓ Use Huawei tools (e.g., PRS, M2000, U2020) for performance monitoring and reporting Required Qualifications & Skills ✓ Proven experience as a Huawei 4G Integration or Optimization Engineer ✓ Strong hands-on knowledge of Huawei RAN platforms, tools, and workflows ✓ Ability to work under time-critical project conditions ✓ Immediate availability to travel and start the assignment ✓ Experience in African or international telecom markets (preferred) Nice-to-Have Skills ✓ Multi-vendor RAN exposure (Ericsson, Nokia) ✓ Experience in 4G project rollout and swap environments ✓ Ability to train or support local engineers ✓ Good communication and remote coordination skills Recruitment Pro Tip To stand out, highlight projects where you delivered fast, high-impact integration or optimization results—especially assignments with tight timelines or challenging field conditions, as these closely match the mission’s requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
