Responsibilities

Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Communicate recommendations, maintenance needs, and repair updates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Manage repair orders and follow-up communications
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Follow dealership processes and best practices
Help drive service department growth and profitability
