School Psychologist - West Chester, PA

Job Description An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to work full-time in a vibrant urban school near West Chester, PA, supporting high school students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. In this onsite position, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students overcome challenges to reach their full academic and personal potential. Key Qualifications: Valid school psychologist certification and licensure required Demonstrated school-based experience - high school preferred Previous experience in an urban setting strongly preferred Proficient in completing evaluations, assessments, and reports Understanding of IEP processes and compliance with relevant regulations Able to obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances Must possess reliable transportation Comfortable adhering to an onsite, in-person schedule 5 full days per week (no schedule accommodations) Professional, collaborative approach to working with administration and multidisciplinary teams Primary Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive psychological services to high school students Conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret data, and report findings Participate in student support teams, IEP meetings, and intervention planning Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to create supportive strategies Provide consultation and guidance on academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference where it’s needed most. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a consistent, full-time, in-person schedule (7:15AM-2:45PM, Monday-Friday).
