You’ll divide your time between two engaging settings—one elementary and one secondary building—helping students reach their fullest potential while collaborating with a strong educational team. Your primary home base will be Fawn Area Elementary, where you’ll find dedicated staff and a welcoming school community. Key Qualifications & Experience: Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working within elementary and secondary school environments preferred Strong understanding of evaluation techniques and psychological assessments Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) and child-find processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage a full caseload and multitask effectively Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and supporting inclusive practices Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to support educational planning Participate in the MTSS and child-find processes as needed Provide detailed psychological reports and recommendations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success Rotate between two buildings, offering specialized services tailored to each level Serve as a student advocate and resource for staff regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs Enjoy the benefits of a structured, full-year assignment where your expertise in evaluations and student support will be highly valued.
