Compensation Manager

Location: Denver, CO Compensation: $180,000-$200,000 Total Compensation Industry: Financial Services Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a leading global finacial services firm to appoint a Compensation Manager to its global Total Rewards function. This is a broad-based Compensation role combining traditional compensation expertise with a strong emphasis on data, financial analysis and business partnering. The successful individual will work closely with senior stakeholders and play an important role across compensation planning, forecasting and the firm's evolving business needs. With significant activity expected across the organization over the coming year, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure to M&A-related compensation work and due diligence. Act as a key Compensation Partner to designated areas of the business, working with stakeholders up to ExCo level Own fixed and variable compensation forecasting , including detailed variance analysis against actuals Manage key elements of the annual compensation cycle , including salary increases, bonus pools and individual allocations Provide compensation modeling and market insight to support hiring and organizational decisions Conduct benchmarking, market surveys and job evaluations Deliver detailed compensation analysis using Excel , with exposure to SuccessFactors Support compensation-related M&A activity and due diligence Produce reporting and analysis to help senior leadership make informed compensation decisions Partner as part of a collaborative, international Compensation and Total Rewards function The Profile We are particularly interested in speaking with Compensation professionals who bring: Strong broad-based Compensation experience within Financial Services A highly analytical and data-driven approach Experience with FP&A, forecasting, management reporting or financial modeling Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large data sets Experience partnering with senior business and HR stakeholders Understanding of both fixed and variable compensation M&A / due diligence exposure would be highly advantageous Anaplan and/or SuccessFactors experience would be beneficial The ability to operate effectively within a global, commercially focused environment Why Consider It?
