Contract Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $55.00 to $80.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain contract templates for use by the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to review and update contract templates as needed.
• Ensure contracts comply with ASC606 by coordinating reviews with Finance.
• Maintain accurate billing schedules in partnership with Finance, adhering to payment terms.
• Coordinate with Engineering to integrate contract details into back-end systems.

• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
• 8+ years of accounting experience.

• Provide assistance to Sales and Customer Success teams in resolving billing discrepancies.
• Oversee and determine outcomes for refunds, credits, and cancellation requests.
• Conduct analyses to clarify discrepancies for Sales and Customer Success.
• Maintain comprehensive records for refunds, credits, and cancellations to support reporting needs.
• Support Finance with billing operations, expense reviews, and reimbursement processes, including tracking and reconciling payments.
