Director, AI & ML Modeling — Churn & Personalization
Verizon
Verizon is seeking a seasoned leader to head a team of propensity modelers within its base management organization. This hybrid role combines strategic direction with hands-on data science to optimize customer lifecycle stages and critical trigger events.
You will partner with marketing and business leadership to drive advanced ML capabilities, establish modeling standards, and coordinate with transformation, technology, finance, and analytics teams. Travel up to 25% is expected.
