Role Objective Axtria is hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and scale a strong, revenue-focused partner ecosystem across technology platforms, cloud providers, AI companies, data partners, consulting organizations, and industry influencers. This is a high-impact leadership role based in New Jersey, supporting Axtria’s global client base across the US, Europe, and Asia. The person in this role will own the end-to-end partnership strategy, build senior relationships across the ecosystem, and convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and work closely with internal teams to turn partner relationships into real market impact. Strategic consulting, channel, reseller, and solution partners. Industry analysts, ecosystem influencers, and market-facing alliance relationships. Axtria Agentic AI Ecosystem Partner Map This role will help shape and scale Axtria’s partner ecosystem across the areas that matter most to our clients — cloud, AI, data, commercial technology, and strategic go-to-market relationships. The focus will be on building high-value partnerships that strengthen Axtria’s market position and create measurable business impact. Ecosystem Area Cloud, AI & Technology Platforms Commercial & CRM Ecosystem Strategic Alliances & Go-to-Market Partners Analyst & Industry Influencer Ecosystem Partner Categories Cloud providers, AI platforms, enterprise software platforms, and data technology partners. Data, analytics, commercial intelligence, and healthcare ecosystem partners. CRM, field engagement, omnichannel, marketing, and commercial operations platforms. Consulting partners, channel partners, solution partners, and industry ecosystem relationships. Industry analysts, ecosystem influencers, and market-facing alliance relationships. What This Enables Supports scalable solutions, platform integrations, co-innovation, and stronger client delivery. Strengthens Axtria’s ability to support complex life sciences commercialization needs. Helps bring insights and solutions closer to the daily workflows of pharma commercial teams. Creates joint market opportunities, co-sell motions, and broader client reach. Improves market visibility, credibility, and external positioning. Key Responsibilities Develop and own Axtria’s global partnership and alliance strategy across technology, data, AI, cloud, channel, and consulting partner categories. Identify, prioritize, and build high-value partnerships that support Axtria’s growth goals, client needs, and market positioning. Create clear partnership plans with defined objectives, executive ownership, go-to-market priorities, and measurable business outcomes. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner organizations, including alliance leaders, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. Drive joint go-to-market motions, including co-selling, joint account planning, client events, partner campaigns, and executive briefings. Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure partner initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Create and manage a partnership operating model, including governance, prioritization, business reviews, and performance tracking. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals and help convert partner opportunities into client engagements. Build, lead, and develop a lean, senior partnerships team with clear accountability and focus on execution. Continuously evaluate partnership performance and focus investment on relationships that create meaningful business value. What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, ecosystem leadership, business development, or strategic account leadership. Strong experience building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships in enterprise software, data, analytics, AI, cloud, consulting, or life sciences. Proven ability to create partner strategies and translate them into practical go-to-market execution. Experience working with senior executives and building trusted relationships across partner, client, and internal leadership teams. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect partnership activity to pipeline, revenue, and business growth. Experience leading small, senior teams and building repeatable partnership processes from the ground up. Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where the role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Willing and able to work from New Jersey while supporting global markets. Comfortable building a function, creating structure, and improving how the organization works with partners. The right leader will establish clear partner priorities, build trusted executive relationships, create repeatable joint go-to-market motions, and help turn partnerships into meaningful pipeline and revenue contribution. Pay Transparency Laws Salary range or hourly pay range for the position The salary range for this position is $157,600 to $205,425 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
