Business AnalystThe Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role will gather and document requirements, evaluate system and workflow efficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. In addition, this position will partner with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology and operational capabilities.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic choices.Collaborate with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, user testing, and other methodologies to identify user needs and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications.Work effectively with stakeholders, developers, system architects, and subject matter experts to ensure IT solutions align seamlessly with business objectives.Define project scope, identify key stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with project sponsors to establish a clear vision and measurable goals.Proactively identify emerging technologies in collaboration with IT to optimize business processes and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, and project management.In-depth understanding of various testing methodologies (experience with SDLC methodologies a plus).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.Proven ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.Adept at translating technical information into language easily understood by non-technical audiences.Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
