Who You’ll Become A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the subject‑matter expert responsible for the functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. The role involves participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and delivering software demonstrations to help customers understand SAP’s value proposition. The Solution Advisor also supports marketing events to generate demand and collaborates with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts. What You’ll Do Successfully complete a 10‑month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer‑facing career at SAP. Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues worldwide and acquire a wide variety of business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies. Receive on‑the‑job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers to gain real‑world experience and acquire the skills needed to guide customers through their Digital Transformation journey. Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and innovation opportunities after program completion. Create and deliver high‑impact software demonstrations that differentiate SAP from competitors. Provide demand‑generation support through marketing events and deal‑execution support by responding to requests for proposals. Solution Areas Focus SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) : Knowledge in accounting, procurement, and supplier management, focused on boosting visibility, cutting costs, and improving efficiency (accounting, finance, quote‑to‑cash, procurement, supplier management). SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) : Knowledge of supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, or product and project lifecycle management. SAP Customer Experience (CX) : Knowledge of e‑commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes. SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) : Knowledge of business process management/automation applications (SAP Signavio & SAP LeanIX). What You Bring 2‑3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer‑facing skills. Technical and business process knowledge combined with strong problem‑solving skills to support solution delivery and operational efficiency. A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, both internal and external. A strong ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results. An understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems solvable with AI. A resilient mindset, embracing challenges with optimism and consistently striving for growth and success. Strong business acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries. Proficiency in English to engage with a global network. About the SAP Academy for Customer Success The SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a three‑year journey that drives accountability and enhances productivity. It enables graduates to make an immediate impact in customer‑facing roles while fostering career longevity and leadership potential. Participants will receive full‑time employment from day one with practical learning applications for their role. During intensive phases of the program, all participants are expected to be fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. Certain critical periods of the program are vacation‑free. Compensation Range Transparency Targeted combined range: 91,600 – 205,700 USD (annualized salary and variable incentive target). Final compensation depends on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors determined through the selection process.
