Make an impact supporting students as a remote Speech Language Pathologist serving PreK-12 learners across Minnesota. This fully virtual, school-based contract role lets you deliver vital assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-driven intervention for students with speech and language challenges—all from your home office. Collaborate with teachers, families, and a dedicated network of virtual advisors to help students thrive academically and socially by improving their communication skills.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience
- Comfortable working virtually with reliable computer, webcam, and sufficient internet speed (must pass technical screening)
- Liability insurance with minimum annual coverage of 500K/500K
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, as well as experience in pediatric and healthcare settings
- SLPA (Speech Language Pathology Assistants) with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students’ speech/language disorders for PreK-12th grade caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, tracking progress toward communication goals
- Consult regularly with educators and parents to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain required documentation and comply with all school and professional regulations
- Leverage teletherapy platforms for engaging, effective remote service delivery
