Assistant Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, based out of our premier downtown Toledo offices. Responsibilities Provide support to the Senior Property Managers with vendor and tenant relations. Organize facility maintenance with internal maintenance team and third-party contractors. Manage tenant relations and administer leases. Provide financial and administrative support around the day-to-day operations of the properties. Direct interface with the client, tenants and vendors. Perform physical inspections of properties. Assistant Property Manager Qualifications Strong attention to detail and follow through. Possess strong accounting and financial analytical skills. Knowledge of building mechanical and structural systems. Knowledge of commercial leases and lease administration. Excellent interpersonal skills. Business acumen. Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools. Prior real estate or construction industry experience. Project management experience a plus. Paralegal experience a plus. Real estate licensed in Ohio and Michigan is ideal.
