Litigation Lead

An established boutique firm right outside of the twin cities is seeking a litigation lead to add to their team. This firm specializes in construction and has attorneys with backgrounds that go well beyond just that.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of litigation experience in either construction, business, or commercial.

- Ability to delegate in a leadership role.

- Strong legal research and analysis skills.

- Lead comprehensive trial preparation.

- Engage in effective client counseling.

Overall:

- Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience in addition to discretionary bonus.

- Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office max.

- No billable hour requirement.
