Mobile Health is growing, and we are looking for amazing people to join our team!Location: RemoteCompensation: Salary Range: $50k-$55kPosition Summary:The Inbound Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the healthcare industry. This role's primary responsibility is to engage with potential clients, including employers, healthcare providers, and staffing agencies, to promote Mobile Health's occupational health services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sell company products and services to new customers by phone or e-mail cold calling)Successfully navigate organizations to identify the appropriate decision maker representing Mobile Health in a professional manner, provide prospects with an overview of Mobile Health's services and value propositionsConduct market research and use a variety of lead generating techniques to identify new leads within your marketWork with internal resources to ensure that your current knowledge base is in line with current guidelinesMake product recommendations depending on customer needCollaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approachesWork with marketing in delivering messaging that promotes company products, services, and toolsAppropriately communicate brand identity, expertise, and corporate positionKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to utilize communication techniques and methods that generate trust, collaboration, open two-way communication and a supportive work environment.Demonstrates the ability to learn innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to stay abreast and move ahead in position/field.Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutionsDisplays the ability to review related information and systematically work to identify the root cause of difficult problems.
