Join our team at Ridgeview Institute Monroe and make a difference as a Receptionist! In this role, you will be contributing directly to their patient goals and overall job. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide continuous care, interaction, and positive role modeling to staff. • Follow the facility guest relations program when greeting and assisting all visitors, ensuring all visitors sign the visitor log and obtain a visitor pass.
• Answer and disseminate all incoming calls on the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner within three rings.
• Utilize the paging system to announce callers as required.
• If assigned, provide clerical support to admissions:
• Collate admission folder as required.
• Keypunch revised patient data as required.
• Ensure an adequate supply of pre-stuffed admission folders and distribute properly.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.

Compensation: This is a part-time role and the expected compensation is $14.00 to $16.00 hourly. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Receptionist team!
