Job Title: Clinical Nurse, RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Psychiatric Adult, Psychiatric Adolescent Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: Three 12-hour shifts - 7 PM to 7:30 AM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active current RN license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association only Must-Have: Current RN License BLS from the American Heart Association Description: Provide clinical care for inpatient behavioral health patients. Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to patient needs. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Engage in professional development for personal and career growth. Attend mandatory in-service trainings and meetings. Provide support and education to patients and their families.
