Position Overview

We're in search of a compassionate and proficient Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team, committed to delivering top-notch patient care. You'll be utilizing advanced ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic examinations, team up with our skilled clinicians, and ensure every patient feels reassured and informed through expert imaging.

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts scans
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining each procedure with empathy
• Collaborate with radiologists and other physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently, alerting for any technical issues
• Document examinations accurately, maintaining patient records in our electronic medical system
• Stay updated on the latest ultrasound imaging technologies and practices

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Completion of a CAAHEP accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
